So, the Smithsonian in NYC has acquired a few of my items! As you’d expect, I’m excited! They will be delivered later this month. Baby moccasins, a mat and corn wash basket. I will also be doing a demonstration with cornhusk at the end of the month on their site. NYC Here I come! Kinda excited and nervous. Hopefully, I’ll get photos of my adventures.
In the meantime, on deck are some dolls and purses. Having to ponder how I want to implement a strap on my purse. Braiding cornhusk and helping my sister with a project. All art related! Doing my thing. Keep smiling.
